DGP Nalin Prabhat Conducts Operational Review With All Formations Of J&K Police

Srinagar, Oct 22 (GNS): Director General of Police Jammu and Kashmir, Nalin Prabhat, on Thursday conducted an operational review3 meeting with all formations of J&K Police.
Officials told GNS that the DGP reviewed the prevailing security scenario, law and order situation and operational preparedness across the Union Territory.
Senior officers from different wings and districts briefed the DGP about the ground situation and ongoing anti-militancy operations.
The DGP stressed on enhanced coordination, proactive policing and strengthening of intelligence grid to ensure peace and stability. He also directed officers to remain vigilant and people-friendly in their approach.
The meeting was attended by senior officers of J&K Police at Police Headquarters and virtually by range and district heads.(GNS)
