SDM Kokernag Declares Every Friday as “Digital Friday” to Promote Online Grievance Redressal via JK Samadhan Portal in Sub-Division Kokernag.
According to circular, In pursuance of the Government's vision to promote the use of the JK Samadhan Portal for transparent, accountable, and time-bound grievance redressal, it is hereby notified that the Office of the Sub-Divisional Magistrate, Kokernag shall henceforth observe every Friday as "Digital Friday."
The objective of this initiative is to encourage citizens to submit their grievances through the JK Samadhan Portal for faster response, real-time tracking, and paperless processing.
On every Digital Friday, all grievances shall be received only through the online mode on the JK Samadhan Portal. However, offline grievances shall be accepted only in cases of emergency or exceptional nature, such as those relating to law and order, public safety, or essential service disruptions.
To ensure inclusivity, citizens who are elderly, illiterate, or not familiar with digital procedures shall be assisted by the staff of the SDM Office to file their grievances online. Necessary facilitation shall be available at the Public Grievance Counter within the office premises.
All residents of the subdivision are encouraged to actively participate in this digital initiative and make use of the JK Samadhan Portal for convenient and transparent grievance redressal.
This initiative represents a step forward in realizing the broader goal of Digital Jammu & Kashmir through citizen partnership and digital empowerment
