Breng Journalists Association President Steps Down After Completing Tenure
Anantnag/Kokernag, July 15: Rather Hilal has stepped down from the post of President of the Breng Journalists Association upon the completion of his tenure, bringing an end to his 18-month term.
In a statement issued on Tuesday as per Anantnag News Reader, Hilal expressed gratitude to the members, and supporters of the Association for their trust and cooperation during his tenure. He stated that it was an honor to serve the journalist fraternity and contribute to the Association's growth and welfare.
Emphasizing the importance of democratic leadership, Hilal said that the time had come to hand over responsibility to new leadership, allowing fresh ideas and renewed energy to guide the organization forward.
He assured members that despite stepping down from the post, he would continue to support the welfare, dignity, and progress of the media fraternity. Hilal also extended his best wishes to the incoming leadership and pledged his full cooperation in the future.
